This shop is absolutely amazing! I can’t recommend it enough. The staff are so welcoming, warm, and helpful. They really take great care of both you and your car. They even called a taxi for me and provided a voucher so the ride was free, which was incredibly kind and so appreciated. And on top of that, they washed my car — and it was very dirty too! I truly felt cared for, and the whole experience was smooth and easy from start to finish. Thank you so much — you guys are a gem! You show the true meaning of incredible customer service!

I have dealt with Gears Plus for several years now mainly with our corporate fleet, but also with some work on my personal vehicles. The thing that stands out for me is the service - they have stored our winter tires making seasonal changes so much easier and we have lost many sets of tires storing them in our work warehouse so this is highly valued for me. Also, pick up and drop off when picking up or leaving my vehicle for service is awesome - they have even picked up my wife's car when she was sick and returned it fully serviced to our home! The front end service is extraordinary - the staff are well trained, always friendly and incredibly thoughtful. The mechanical service has been a good experience - keeping in mind that I have had a lot of work that has gone through here over the years, most times service is exactly what is described - if they say it will be ready at the end of the day it is. I have had a couple of services where things did not get resolved properly and the response was immediate and the problems were resolved - they strive for excellence and you can tell. Jeff and Jen are a powerful team and they lead a powerful team. I highly recommend this business.

I had a great experience with Gears Plus in Prince George. I needed an out-of-province inspection, and after calling several auto shops with no luck (I’m from Alberta and some places were booking a month out), Gears Plus was able to fit me in quickly for an appointment. They were honest about the repairs needed for the OOP inspection, and Mark even gave me a discount since they finished the work faster than expected. Overall, excellent service — highly recommend!

Very pleased. I was traveling through Prince George and they were able to get me in quickly. They did a front end inspection, repaired what needed fixing, gave me solid feedback and did an a wheel alignment on my van. Amazing folks and great service. i was travelling through PG and had a transmission “emergency”. The only shop in town that would/could accommodate me and my 1984 Westfalia. They were the last place I tried and had I known better they would have been my first choice. Thank you Shane at a competitors for recommending NAPA. Cannot recommend Gears Plus highly enough. Thank you again Mark, Stephan, Keira (sp?) for getting me back on the road and to Prince Rupert for my ferry booking! Not all heroes wear capes.

We were more than 5000 miles from home and had severely damaged and disabled our Jeep Wrangler towing it behind our motor home on Top of World Highway in Yukon two weeks earlier. No one would or could help us in Yukon or Alaska so we decided to cut our trip short and head home to Pennsylvania. We found Jeff and the Gears Plus team in Prince George on our drive home. They were legitimately concerned for us and found a way to repair our Jeep (brakes, wire harness, body, etc.) when no one else could. Gears Plus went way above and beyond what would normally be expected in locating a "parts donor vehicle", collecting the needed repair items, and putting our vehicle back together. We are extremely grateful for their concern for our well being and peace of mind. Jeff and his team did a fabulous job in a short time, repairing a very damaged and disabled 2021 Jeep Wrangler to near new condition in just a couple days. Five stars doesn't even do justice for the job they did saving us.

Shout out to Dwyght, my friend from out of town got the wrong headlight sold to her from one of the auto part shops and installed this weekend. Got a new one to put in and had to get a shop to change it. Of course being Canada Day now no shops are open. Saw someone at Napa and asked if he could take a look. He didn’t have to since it was his day off but he did and went above and beyond. The new light ended up not being right either when he looked at it. Even called the shop she got the lights from and let them know so returning them wasn’t a problem.

I had a radiator leak and I was driving from back home from Vancouver to kitamat. I explained what happened and the two technicians at the desk were very helpful and knowledgeable about what I needed and offered me advice on how to fix it.
